Bookings- Bookings are are a Minimum of THREE Nights with Departures by 10am and arrivals after 4pm.

Deposit & Balance- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a £100 deposit per week. The balance is payable, one month before arrival. Deposits are non-refundable. In addition a £50 refundable deposit is payable with the balance which will be returned if everything is in order.

Pets- Dogs are welcome provided they are not permitted on beds or chairs and that they are not left unattended. Please bring their own bedding and clean up after them- A shovel is provided.

Smoking- Ard Choille is a No Smoking property.

Cleaning- The tenant will keep the property and all furniture, equipment and fitments in or on the property in the like state of repair, condition and cleanliness as at commencement of the letting.

Breakages- The tenant will make good any damage, breakage or loss that may occur during the period of letting.

Security- The hirer of the property shall undertake to prevent any member of his party from causing a nuisance or disturbance to other residents and to ensure that the property is left secure when unoccupied.
